6-Day Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Folk Culture Tour: Snow Town, Jingpo Lake and Manchu & Korean Intangible Cultural Heritage
6-Day Heilongjiang Ice & Snow Folk Culture Tour: explore Snow Valley, Snow Town and Jingpo Lake, experience intangible cultural heritage from both the Korean and Manchu ethnic groups, wrap up your trip with the lively, warm bustle of a local morning market, and enjoy the perfect blend of stunning snowscapes and authentic local everyday charm.

Design Concept

With "Heilongjiang's Snow and Diverse Ethnic Cultures" as the central narrative thread, the itinerary follows a three-tier structure: it opens with the world-renowned Harbin Ice and Snow Festival IP, dives deep into off-the-beaten-path experiences including Wuchang (the famous rice-producing hometown), farm stays in Xuegu (Snow Valley), and the Hengdaohezi Northeast Tiger Park, and wraps up with intangible cultural heritage and folk customs (Korean kimchi, Manchu shaman rituals at Wanyan Ancient Village, and the traditional Eight Great Bowls feast). We are committed to authentic Chinese experiences and never stage fake folk customs: instead, you will learn to make kimchi at the home of the Amoni family, a local Korean ethnic household, and explore the history of the Jurchen Jin Dynasty at Haigu Ancient Village. The slow-paced itinerary lets you sleep on heated kang beds in Xuegu, take night tours of Xuexiang (Snow Town), and soak up the lively atmosphere of local morning markets, so you can experience both the stunning snowscapes of Heilongjiang and the warm, everyday charm of local life.
